GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY Mighty Oak Studio strives to achieve a high level of excellence, and guarantees the workmanship of every piece it sells. We do our best to ensure our customerís satisfaction with our work.
If, upon receipt, you are not satisfied with its workmanship, you have up to 3 days after receipt to notify us in writing at: email@example.com request a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization from us in writing, you must return the item within one week from the time you receive the authorization. Upon receipt by us of the returned item, we will issue you a refund as long as the object is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped, and in the same box, packaged the way it was shipped. If the return shipment is lost or not received in the condition it was sent, we reserve the option of not issuing a refund, or we may choose to issue a partial refund, at our sole discretion. You must insure the item on the return shipment for the same value as your total purchase amount. There will be no refund of the shipping and handling charges for us to ship the item to you or for you to return it. There will be no refund on items received with no returns authorization (shipment will be refused) and/or on requests for returns authorization which are received after 3 days from the date the carrier delivers the item to the address you provided. Please note that items made from wood are subject to slight movement from changes in seasonal climate and humidity, including some shrinking and expanding, which may result in occasional small fissures developing in the wood or the finish. This is completely natural and is part of the unique character of each piece. No returns are accepted for these characteristics, as the causes are not subject to our control. If the shipment is lost or an object is damaged (broken pieces, etc.) in shipping, you must notify us within 3 days from the time the item is delivered to you as confirmed by the carrier. You must obtain a return authorization from Mighty Oak Studio before returning a damaged item. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org the damage (with digital pictures attached if at all possible). Upon receipt of written return authorization, you may return the piece in the same box, packaged the way it was shipped to you. We will refund you the amount of your purchase, less shipping and handling, IF we receive confirmation from the shipping agent regarding the damage, and the object is returned in the same box, packaged the way it was shipped to you. Please carefully examine the item AT TIME OF DELIVERY so you can submit proof that damage occurred during shipment. Keep copies of your shipping records when returning a piece. You must insure the item on the return shipment for the same value as your total purchase amount. If the return shipment is lost or not received in the same packaging in which it was sent, we are not obligated to issue any refund, or we may choose to issue a partial refund, at our sole discretion.
